Duties & Responsibilities:
- Visit new Clients on first shift to ensure a smooth start
- Review Care Plans with all CNAs before their first shift with a Client
- Perform periodic field visits with CNAs to ensure sufficient support and oversight
- Oversee timely receipt of clinical documents
- Assist with audits and reports
- Timely Collection and Filing of Employee Credentials
- Scheduling of Annual Reviews and Quarterly Trainings
- Assistance with Open Shifts as Needed
- Shared On Call Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Current Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant license
- 1 Year Experience
